This material has two possible destinations, and they should be kept apart:

• The practice – experience other ecosystems can reuse – is a candidate for project deliverables/frameworks/methodology.
• The instructions – how to contribute to this site in practice – belong under How to contribute.

If the two are mixed, the theme ends up as a user manual rather than as experience others can apply.
