Pilot 5 - Identifiers in education

Pilot 5 concerns how people in Norwegian education who have neither a national identity number nor a D-number can be identified uniquely and permanently – from kindergarten to higher education – so that data, decisions and results can be linked to the right person without each municipality and institution having to create its own fictitious identifiers. The pilot also maps the basis for a possible national register of persons in education.
